@the Basilica of San Juan Del Valle
I fall to pieces for a view. There I was standing in the angelic green gardens of the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de San Juan Del Valle Shrine in San Juan, Texas. The smell of Summer was unavoidable, and you can hear the traffic of the busy highway near by. Walking around these infamously polished gardens, there is a circling paved path depicting life size statues of the Stations of the Cross. Anyone including myself would stop to ponder that perhaps this is what Heaven must be like.
Peace blows through the wind, life problems disappear, and just for a few moments within the shake of the leaves in the trees, you can feel the True Presence as his breath brushes on your skin. You are loved! You are adored!
Most Great God,
I deeply apologize for placing you in the back seat of my life. I was wrong. I humbly ask for your forgiveness. My life is now yours, do with it as you please. Every beat of my heart is now for you. Open my ears to hear you. Open my eyes so I may see you. Open my mind to learn more about you, and strengthen your heart, so I may love you more and more each day.
Amen.
