Prayer to St. Joseph for the Building of a House

Oh, Holy Carpenter Saint Joseph, Spouse of the Virgin Mary and Stepfather of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We seek your intercession to build this home. Help us to complete the job with good craftsmanship, quality materials, with frugalness, and in a timely manner.

Please also inspire contractors everywhere to make just decisions, provide fair service, and seek to help their customers, the way they would assist a family member or your very own Son. May they help provide a safe environment for families, and through your intercession protect the dignity all family life.

May God bless, their hands, their homes, and protect them from all evil. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Step Son of Joseph. Amen.
